Gankyrin在膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨Gankyrin在膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学检测2002年9月~2008年10月手术切除的60例膀胱癌组织及癌旁组织中Gankryin的表达水平;应用RT-PCR检测32例新鲜膀胱癌组织中Gankyrin的表达情况,并用统计学方法分析Gankyrin与膀胱癌的TNM分期及分化程度等临床病理资料及预后的关系。结果:Gankyrin在膀胱癌组织中的表达率为73.3%,显著高于癌旁组织的21.7%,且Gankyrin的表达与肿瘤TNM分期及分化程度以及患者预后显著相关(P0.05),而与患者的性别及年龄无关(P0.05)。结论:Gankyrin在膀胱癌中普遍表达且与其恶性程度及预后显著相关,可作为判断膀胱癌生物学行为及预后的有效指标。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of gankyrin in bladder cancer.Method:From September 2002 to October 2008,60 patients with bladder cancer were recruited.The expression levels of gankyrin protein in 60 cases of bladder cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of gankyrin in 32 cases of fresh bladder cancer tissues.The relationship between gankyrin expression and the clinicopathological features including differentiation and TNM grade of bladder cancer was statistically analyzed.Result:The expression of gankyrin in bladder cancer tissues 73.3%(44/60)was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues 21.7%(13/60).The expression of gankyrin was closely correlated with TNM classification and differentiation degree of bladder cancer and the prognosis of patient(P〈0.05),but no significant difference was detected with gender and age(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Gankyrin is highly expressed in bladder cancer and associated with TNM grade and differentiation,which may become a new target of the biological behavior and the prognosis for bladder cancer.
