46例Miles术后永久性结肠造口的护理体会

目的：使患者掌握造口护理技巧，降低造口并发症发生，提高患者生活质量。方法：总结46例低位直肠癌患者Miles手术后永久性结肠造口的护理及常见并发症的分析与处理情况。结果：经术后精心护理和指导，并发症的发生概率明显降低，其中存在并发症的9例患者均痊愈出院。结论：通过护士在心理护理、造口袋的选择以及在对造口并发症的观察和处理上，对患者及家属进行正确的指导，可以有效提高肠造口患者的生活质量，减少造口并发症的发生，增加患者回归社会的信心。

46 Miles postoperative nursing experience of permanent colostomy colon

Objective:The patients can master stoma care skills, reduce the complication and improve patients’ living standard. Methods:summarize 46 low rectal cancer cases which analyze and deal with the nursing of permanent colon stoma and complication after experiencing Miles operation. Results:the probability of complication reduces re-markably, and 9 patients who suffered complication recover by nursing and instruction. Conclusion:the nurses show instructions to the patients and their family members on mental nursing, choosing stoma bags, observing and dealing with stoma complication, which can improve patients' living standard effectively, reduce the complication, and en-hance the patients’confidence of returning to society.
