The Differential Diagnosis of Crohn's Disease and Primary Small Intest Lymphoma

Crohn′s disease( CD) is a chronic inflammatory granuloma disease of gastrointestinal tract, which could involves all the diagestive tract and which etiopathogenisis is unclear. Because the clinical symptom of CD is multiplicity and lacks specificity,the early diagnosis is low and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is high. It especially demands to distinguish with tuberculosis of intestines and primary small intest malignant lymphoma. The related references about CD and PSIL in recents years,and then sum up the differences of CD and PSIL from the clinical feature,laboratory examination,imageology examination and histopathology were reviwed to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis level of two disease and reduces the rate of the missed diagnosis and the misdiagnosis.
