| 摘 要： | 目的应用高效液相色谱法测定小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法本品以乙醇超声提取,提取液进行高效液相色谱分析,色谱柱YMC-PackODS-A(150×4·6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0·2);流速1·0ml·min-1;检测波长315nm。结果平均加样回收率为99·93%,RSD为1·5%(n=6)。结论该法简便、易行,灵敏度高,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective HPLC method was applied for the determination of Baicalin in Xiaochaihu Granules.Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows:column was YMC-Pack ODS-A(150×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2),the flow rate of the mobile phase was 1.0ml·ml~-1,and the detective wavelength was 315nm.Results The average recovery was 99.93% and RSD was 1.5%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with high sensitiveity and reproducibility. |
