生长抑素对老年急性肠梗阻患者内环境的影响

目的研究生长抑素对老年肠梗阻患者内环境的影响。方法对126例老年肠梗阻患者随机分成A、B组,A组常规治疗,B组加用生长抑素治疗,C组52例为中年肠梗阻加用生长抑素治疗。对患者进行临床指标、实验室指标及免疫指标进行检测。结果临床指标B组、C组好于A组（t〉2.58,P〈0.05）,实验室指标B组、C组亦好于A组（t〉2.48,P〈0.05）,免疫指标B组明显优于A组（t〉2.98,P〈0.01）,均有显著差异。结论生长抑素治疗老年急性肠梗阻,能加快症状缓解,保护肠粘膜,稳定机体内环境,提高机体免疫力。

The effect of somatostatin on the old patient's internal environment with acute intestinal obstruction

Objective To investigate the effect of somatostatin on the old patient＇s internal environment with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods 126 patients with acute intestinal obstruction were chosen and divided randomly into group A.,group B,control group A,experiment group B and yard patient＇s experiment group c.Give experiment group supply somatostatin to observe index of clinical,experiment room and immunity.Results The indexes of clinical and experiment group B,group C was better than group A（t〉2.48,P〈0.05）,the indexes of immunity B group were increased significantly as compared with A group（t〈2.98,P0.01）.Conclusions Somatostatin can improve effects on the old patient＇s acute intestinal obstruction,protect intestinal mucous membrane,stablize the patient＇s internal environment,raise the patient＇s immunity.
