子午流注针法配合辨证取穴治疗缺血性脑血管病临床研究

目的观察予午流注针法配合辨证取穴治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法将160例缺血性脑血管病患者随机分为2组，治疗组80例采用子午流注配合辨证取穴针刺治疗，对照组80例采用辨证取穴针刺治疗，2组均10d为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程，观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血脂指标[总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）]变化。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后神经功能缺损评分均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0．05），且治疗组下降幅度较对照组显著（P〈0．05）；2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL—C均较本组治疗前下降（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），且治疗组下降幅度较对照组明显（P〈0．05）。结论子午流注针法配合辨证取穴针刺治疗缺血性脑血管病可提高临床疗效，降低致残率，改善血脂代谢。

Clinical study on ischemic cerebrovascular accident by acupuncture with methods of midnight-midday ebb flow (Ziwu Liuzhu)

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture with methods of midnight - midday ebb - flow on isehemic cerebrovascular accident. Methods 160 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular accident were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group in which 80 cases were treated by acupuncture with methods of midnight- midday ebb -flow and the control group in which 80 cases were treated by normal acupuncture. The course was ten days in two groups. Neural function defect scale before and after treatment, changes in blood rheology test indexes were observed. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; TC,TG, LDC - C after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） ,and the decrease above indexes of treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions There were a better therapeutic effect, lower disability rate on the treatment of ischemic cerebravascular accident by acupuncture with methods of midnight - midday ebb - flow than which by normal acupuncture, and the former method can effectively improve blood serum lipid.
