贝前列素钠联合大株红景天治疗腔隙性脑梗死临床观察

目的探讨贝前列素钠联合大株红景天治疗腔隙性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将120例腔隙性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例，治疗组给予贝前列素钠联合大株红景天口服，对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片、尼莫地平、辛伐他汀口服，2组其他治疗药物相同，2周后观察临床症状改善程度、血液流变学、血脂和椎基底动脉血流情况。结果2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），2组疗效相当。2组均能改善血黏度，降低血脂，改善椎基底动脉血流（P〈0．05），但是治疗组在血液流变学和椎基底动脉血流改善方面优于对照组（P〈0．05），血脂变化与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论贝前列素钠联合大株红景天口服适于腔隙性脑梗死的治疗。

Clinical observation of Beraprost Sodium combined with large plant rhodiola on lacunar infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Beraprost Sodium combined with large plant rhodiola on lacunar infarction. Methods 120 patients with lacunar infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were treated by basic treatment. 60 eases in treatment group received Beraprost Sodium combined with large plant rhodiola. 60 cases in control group received Aspirin enteric - coated metformin hydrochloride, nim horizon and simvastatin treatment. After treatment of 14 days the curative effect were observed. The degree of nerve defect was observed in two groups before and after treatment. Blood rheology and blood lipid changes were measured. The changes of vertebrobasilar artery velocity were observed before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）. These were therapeutic equivalence. Hemorheological index, lipid levels and vertebral - basilar artery mean flow velocity after treatment were improved as compared with those before treatment in two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement intreatment group was superior to that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Beraprost Sodium combined with large plant rhodiola can improve clinical symptoms of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction, reduce blood fat and blood viscosity, increase the vertebral - basilar artery blood flow, the curative effect is distinct.
