依达拉奉对实验性脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察依达拉奉对实验性脑缺血模型的影响.方法以断头法造成小鼠脑循环障碍模型;以颈总动脉结扎法造成小鼠全脑缺血模型;以线栓法建立大鼠急性脑缺血模型,阻断后2 h静脉注射依达拉奉,观察其对急性脑缺血模型的影响.结果 依达拉奉能显著延长断头小鼠张口喘气时间;延长脑循环障碍模型小鼠存活时间;明显降低大脑局部缺血模型大鼠的神经体征评分和脑含水量.结论依达拉奉对实验性脑缺血有明显的保护作用.

Abstract:Aim To observe the protective effects of edaravone on active cerebral ischemia. Methods Making the model of disturbance of cerebral circulation in mice by cuting mice's heads;Making the model of c4erebral ischemia in mice by ligaturing carotid;Making the model of active cerebral ischemia by suture method,then i.v.Edaravone after 2 hours, observe the protective effects of Edaravone on active cerebral ischemia. Results Edaravone can prolong the brething time of the mice cut heads;prolong the living time of the mice of the disturbance of cerebral circulation;reduce the neurological deficit score and brain edema of the MCAO rats. Conclusion Edaravone has protectively effectinon on active cerebral ischemia.
