TDP照射治疗冻疮39例

目的ＴＤＰ治疗冻疮的疗效分析。方法冻疮面在距ＴＤＰ灯头３０ｃｍ下直接照射，每日１次，每次３０分钟。结果３９例中，１次治愈３例（占７．７％），２次治愈９例（占２３．１％），３次治愈２１例（占５３．８％），４次治愈６例（占１５．４％）；治愈率１００％。平均２７７次（即２７７天）。其中２例次年复发，复发率６．６７％。结论ＴＤＰ具有活血化瘀，改善血液循环，增强组织修复等作用，治疗冻疮见效快，疗效好

An analysis of curative effect treating 39 cases of chilblain with TDP shining

Objective Analysis of the curative effect treating chilblain with TDP shining. Methods Put the chilblain surface under the TDP lamp, 30cm from the lamp holder, and shine directly. Results Of 39 cases, 3 cases was cured by once shining, cure rate is 7.7%; 9 cases was cured by two time shining, cure rate is 23.1%. 21 cases was cured by three time shining, cure rate is 53.8%; 6 cases was cured by four time shining, cure rate is 15.4%. Total cure rate is 100%. The chilblain was cured by average 2.7 time shining. Among these cases, 2 cases had a relapse at next year. Recur rate is 6.67%. Conclusion TDP has the effect of reducing extravasated blood, improving the circulate of blood and strengthening organize repairing etc.. It's good and quick curative effect to treat chilblain.
