全自动生化分析仪单一检测项目失控的原因分析

目的通过对血清白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(Tg)失控原因的分析,探讨全自动生化分析仪测定项目失控原因的查找方法。方法以ALB、Glu、Tg失控时查找原因的具体途径为例。结果ALB失控的反应曲线呈“双平台”现象,是由仪器搅拌系统Ⅱ故障所致;Glu失控的反应曲线正常,但吸光度增加显著,是由试剂间的交叉污染所致;Tg失控的反应曲线正常,高值质控血清假性在控,低值质控血清失控,是由试剂误加所致。结论全自动生化分析仪项目失控,常由仪器故障、试剂间的交叉污染、试剂误加所致,从失控项目的反应曲线上查找失控原因是一条简捷、快速且有效的途径。

Analysis of the causes beyond internal quality control limits of single test result determined by full- auto biochemical analyzer

Objective To explore the preclusion measures for single test result beyond internal quality control(IQC)limits by full-auto biochemical analyzer,through the analysises of the causes beyond IQC limits in serum albumin(ALB),glucose(Glu)and triglycerides(Tg).Methods The measures to exclude the ALB and Glu and Tg beyond IQC limits were used as examples.Results The reaction curve of ALB test beyond IQC limit was taken on"double terminus",which was ascribe to the failure of the second pulsator in biochemical anlyzer.The reaction curve of Glu beyond IQC limit was nomal,but its absorbency was significant increase,which was due to the intereference of bicarbonate reagent.Although the reaction curve of Tg was nomal,its levels in high QC serum and low QC serum were false in control limits and true beyond control limits,respectively,and those were caused by the mistaking the Tg reagent.Conclusions The results beyond the IQC limits in full-auto biochemical analysis were mainly due to the instrument malfunction and the reagent intereference or mistake.And the causes search based on the reaction curves of the beyond IQC limits items might be a simple and rapid and effective means.
