不同联合用药方式治疗冠心病伴心绞痛的临床疗效及预后观察

目的探讨不同联合用药方式治疗冠心病伴心绞痛的临床疗效及对预后的影响。方法将本院收治的87例冠心病伴心绞痛患者按照分层随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上根据患者不同证型分别给予血府逐瘀胶囊或生脉胶囊,观察2组临床症状改善情况、临床疗效及预后。结果观察组临床总有效率为86.5%(45/52),对照组临床总有效率为62.9%(22/35),观察组心绞痛及心电图改善情况也显著优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学参数及SAQ生活质量评分等预后情况显著优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据中医证型给予相应药物治疗能显著提高临床疗效及改善预后。

Clinical efficacy and prognosis of different therapies for coronary disease patients with angina pectoris

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and prognosis of different therapies for coronary disease patients with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 87 coronary disease patients with angina pectoris were divided into an experimental group and a control group with the stratified randomization method,and the patients in the control group were given the conventional Western medicine,and the patients in the experimental group were given the Xuefu Zhuyu capsules or Shengmai capsules according to their different syndromes.Results The clinical total effective rates were 86.5%（45/52） and 62.9%（23/35） in the experimental group and control group,respectively.The improvements of angina and ECG,and the hemorheology and SAQ scores were better in the experimental group than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions According to the different syndromes,the corresponding drug therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of coronary disease patients with angina pectoris.
