益母草联合卡孕栓预防产后出血的效果观察

目的：观察益母草联合卡孕栓预防自然分娩产后出血的临床效果.方法：选择126例自然分娩产妇,按入院时间分为联合组和对照组,联合组于胎儿前肩娩出后立即肌注益母草注射液40mg,术者在胎儿娩出后将卡孕栓1粒（1mg）置入直肠内（深度4cm～ 5cm）保留30s,待其溶解后取出手指;对照组单用卡孕栓.比较两组第三产程时间,产后2h出血量及产后出血发生率.结果：联合组第三产程时间明显短于对照组,产后2h出血量及产后出血发生率明显低于对照组.结论：益母草联合卡孕栓能增强子宫收缩,缩短第三产程,促进子宫创面血窦迅速关闭,从达到预防产后出血的效果,且方法简易,适合临床应用.

Clinical effect of leonurus heterophyllus injection combined with carboprost suppository on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

Objectives： To explore the clinical effect of Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection with earboprost suppository on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage of natural delivery. Method： 126 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the observation group were given Leonurus Heterophyllus Injection for 40mg by intramuscular injection. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group was given another lmg Carboprost Mertrylate Suppoaitroies into rectum （4cm or 5em deep）, maintaining 30 seconds to dissolve while the control group was administered carbo- prost suppository only.
