100例不孕女性输卵管内径与长度的影像学分析

目的应用输卵管造影技术测量已婚妇女输卵管内径和长度,为观察女性输卵管性不孕提供参考依据。方法在数字胃肠造影X线机下,应用子宫输卵管造影自动注射仪将造影剂碘佛醇通过双腔球囊硅胶管注入子宫输卵管,动态观察并摄片保存图像,在锦源工作站上测量,并进行统计学分析。结果右侧输卵管峡部长度(62.3±15.6)mm,壶腹部长度(103.4±20.5)mm,总长度(165.7±25.7)mm;左侧输卵管峡部长度(59.7±16.1)mm,壶腹部长度(100.4±21.8)mm,总长度(160.1±25.2)mm;右侧输卵管峡部内径(0.79±0.17)mm,壶腹部内径(5.55±1.41)mm;左侧输卵管峡部内径(0.82±0.25)mm,壶腹部内径(5.48±1.36)mm。结论输卵管内径和长度与输卵管性不孕有相关性,开展内径与长度检测,能够为临床提供科学诊断依据。

Imaging of inner diameter and length of fallopian tubes of 100 infertile women

Objective To understand the status of inner diameter and length of fallopian tubes of infertile women,so as to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods A total of 100 infertile women were investigated by the digital gastrointestinal imaging X-ray machine,and so on.The results were analyzed statistically.Results The right side of the isthmus length was（62.3±15.6） mm,the ampulla length was（103.4±20.5） mm,and the total length was（165.7±25.7） mm;the left isthmus minister degree was（59.7±16.1） mm,the ampulla length was（100.4±21.8） mm,and the total length was（160.1±25.2） mm;the right side of the isthmus inner diameter was（0.79±0.17） mm,the ampulla inner diameter was（5.55±1.41） mm,the left isthmus inner diameter was（0.82±0.25） mm,and the ampulla inner diameter was（5.48±1.36） mm.There was a correlation between the inner diameter and length of fallopian tubes and infertility.Conclusions The measurements of inner diameter and length of fallopian tubes may provide the evidence for infertile diagnosis.
