卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效和安全性。方法将67例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为观察组(35例)和对照组(32例)。观察组联合使用卡介菌多糖核酸与西替利嗪,而对照组单独用西替利嗪。治疗6周后,观察2组的疗效与不良反应。对治疗有效患者随访3个月,观察2组的复发情况。结果观察组总有效率88.57%,对照组总有效率62.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.251,P<0.05);不良反应:观察组4例,对照组6例,停药后均自行缓解。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效高,复发率低,不良反应少。

Curative effect of bacillus calmette guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with cetirizine in treatment of chronic urticaria

Objective To elucidate the efficacy and safety of bacillus calmette guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with cetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods All 67 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group（n=35） and a control group（n=32）.The experimental group received bacillus calmette guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid and cetirizine;whereas the control group received only cetirizine.Results The efficacy and recurrence of the experimental group was superior to those of the control group（P0.05）,and the adverse reactions occurred to 4 cases in the expetiment group,and 6 cases in the control group.Conclusions Bacillus calmette guerin polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with cetirizine is a safe and effective therapy for chronic urticaria with low recurrence.
