小剂量化疗对老年消化系肿瘤患者机体免疫系统的影响

应用双染色—流式细胞术结合4种抗 T 淋巴细胞表面抗原单克隆抗体,对8例老年消化系肿瘤小剂量化疗前后外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群的变化进行了检测。结果表明:Leu4、Leu3a、Leu7在化疗前后皆无明显变化,Leu2a 化疗后较化疗前略有增高,Leu3a/Leu2a 比例有所下降,但皆无统计学意义。本文结果提示:小剂量化疗对老年消化系统肿瘤患者的机体免疫系统影响不大,适合于年老体弱不能耐受大剂量化疗的患者。

The influence of small dose chemotherapy on immunity system of the senile patients suffered from digestive neoplasms

The changes of T lymphocyte subsets of 8 senile patients suffered from digestive malignant tumor in peripheral blood were measured before and after small dose chemotherapy using double staining-flow cytometry with 4 monoclonal antibodies was to 4 surface antigens of T lymphocytes.The results indicated there was no significant variation of Leu4,Leu3a and Leu7 before and after chemotherapy.Leu2a before chemotherapy was increased slightly compared with its own after chemotherapy;the vitro of Leu3a/Leu2a was decreased slightly,but no significant statistic difference.It was suggested that there was no obvious influence of small dose chemotherapy on immunity system of the senile patients suffered from digestive neoplasm,and could be available to the patients who was elderly,weak and could not receive large dose chemotherapy.
