围手术期预防性使用抗生素在内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃间质瘤中的应用

目的：探讨围手术期预防性使用抗生素在内镜粘膜下剥离术（ESD）治疗胃间质瘤中的应用价值。方法：对近2年来45例ESD治疗胃间质瘤患者围手术期应用抗生素进行回顾性分析。病例分为两组，A组18例为典型的全程应用抗生素病例；B组27例为短期预防性应用抗生素病例；两组45例均进行短期胃肠道准备。结果：两组病例比较术后3d内体温、白细胞总数、腹痛情况和感染率等均有显著差别；B组病例抗生素用量较A组明显减少（P〈0．01）。结论：ESD治疗胃间质瘤围手术期短期预防性应用抗生素的方法安全、经济、可靠，有明显的临床应用价值。

Perioperative Preventive Use of Antibiotics in Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection to Treat the Stomach Mesenchymoma

Objective： To explore perioperative preventive use of antibiotics in endoscopic submucosal dissection to treat the stomach mesenchymoma. Method：For the past 2 years, 45 cases of patients with treatment the stomach mesenchymoma in endoscopic submucosal dissection perioperative antibiotics to carry on the review analysis by using the antibiotic. All patients were divided into two groups, A group of 18 patients with full use of antibiotics for a typical case; B group of 27 cases of prophylactic antibiotics for short--term cases; two groups were 45 cases of short--term bowel preparation. Result：Comparison of two groups of cases after the third day of body temperature, WBC count, abdominal pain situation and infection were significantly different; B group of patients dosage of antibiotics was significantly reduced compared with A group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Perioperative preventive use of antibiotics in endoscopic submucosal dissection to treat the stomach mesenchy morea in the short--term is a safe method, economical, reliable, It has obvious clinical value.
