水平喉部分切除术对喉癌患者生存质量的积极意义

目的 探讨水平喉部分切除术对提高术后生存质量的积极意义。方法 收集１６例喉癌患者的临床资料及随诊资料，根据其功能恢复情况及自身感觉、生活情况、社会交往等对比分析水平部分喉切除后的生存质量情况。结果 １６例患者除１例因特殊需要外，全部拔除气管套管。８０％以上的患者声音恢复接近正常水平，其余患者虽有声嘶但不影响正常语言交流。全部患者均经口进食，术后少有生理和心理障碍。５年生存率不受影响。结论 选择合适

POSITIVE SIGNIFICANCE OF SUPRAGLOTTIC LARYNGECTOMY FOR QUALITY OF LIFE

Objective Positive significance of Supraglottic laryngectomy in 16 cases for the quality of life was researched. Methods All clinical materials of 16 cases including hospitalizing and follow-up materials were analyzed. Results 15 cases recovered physiological breath by nose. More than 80% cases got normal speech or phonetic function and the others could also take normal language exchange although they spoke with hoarseness.All cases could eat by oral without aspiration.There were few problems in physiology, psychology, social communication and so on after operation. Compared with total laryngectomy, this operation shared the same life rate. Conclusion By selecting suitable cases,the high life rate of the operation was assured, moreover, quality of life after operation was apparently improved.
