鬼针草与易淆品白花鬼针草的叶形态——脉序图谱鉴别特征

目的：寻找鬼针草与其易淆品白花鬼针草的鉴别特征，建立有效的鉴别方法。方法：LMVP(叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法)，QAERM(定量分析评价鉴别中药品种真伪方法可靠性的方法)。结果：对光透视鬼针草的三级脉表现为色较深、较粗、不连续，呈短弧形、短线形、点状或不规则分支状等，而白花鬼针草的表现为色较浅、较细的连续线。以此区别为指标，鉴别结果的准确性(Ac)96.7% ～97.7%；重复性为：符合率(ARO)95.1%，一致性强度(Kappa值)0.90。结论：建立的“叶形态-脉序图谱鉴别法”可准确鉴别鬼针草与白花鬼针草。操作简便、快速、价廉、可靠性强。

Identification characters of LMVP of Bidens pilosa with its confused herb Bidens pilosa var. radiata

Objective: Search for the differences between Bidens pilosa and B. pilosa var. radiata to create the method for identification them both. Methods: LMVP (leaf morphological-venation pattern for identification Chinese herbs), QAERM (quantitatively analyze and evaluate reliability for the method of identification Chinese herbs). Results: When search them by transmission-light, the tertiary vein of B. pilosa was discrete, its color was darker, its size was bigger, its shape was short curve, short linear, spot-like and branch-like. However the tertiary vein of B. pilosa var. radiata was continuous linear and color lighter. Above was their key difference. With the key difference successfully identified them both, the accuracy of identification results (AC) was from 96.7% to 97.7%, the repeatability of identification results: agreement rate for observation (ARO) was 95.1% and Kappa value was 0.90. Conclusions: The created method is a new identification method with advantages of simple, rapid, lower-price and stronger reliability, it can correctly identify between them both.
