摘    要:目的:探讨外科危重患者全胃肠外营养支持的治疗效果及护理方法。方法:将122例外科危重患者给予胃肠外营养支持。营养支持期间对患者进行肝、肾功能、血生化、血糖、血脂、微量元素进行监测,根据测定结果及时调整营养液的配方,及时正确护理。结果:本组治愈率为97·54%,病死率为2·46%。结论:TPN治疗能提高外科危重患者的救治率,改善预后及营养状况。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss effectiveness of therapy of parenteral n ut rition and nursing of critical patients in surgical department. Methods: Parente ral nutrition was given to 122 critical patients. Liver and renal function, bloo d biochemical, blood sugar, blood lipid and trace element were tested, and prope r nutrition formula was followed in the light of test results. Results: Curative rate was 97.54%, fatality rate 2.46%. Conclusion: TPN can increase the rescue a nd curative rate.
