认真抓好临床住院医师规范化培训

当今医疗服务市场的竞争，实质上是医学专业人才的竞争，如何将一名刚步出校门的医学生尽快地培养成为高水平的临床专业人才一直是摆在医院管理者和医学教育工作者面前的重要课题，而临床住院医师规范化培训正是培养高水平医学人才的重要手段。本文总结了我院1993年以来实施住院医师规范化培训收到的较好效果，并从培训方法、培训内容、管理制度、考核办法等方面进行了阐述，旨在交流经验、提高管理水平。

Greatly improving the standardized training of resident doctors

There is keen competition for the medical specialists in the market of medical service today. That the medical student who has just graduated from the college will become a highly qualified medical specialist in a time as short as possible is a problem hospital administrators and medical education workers constantly face. The standardized training of resident doctors is an important way for the development of medical specialists. This article introduces our successful practice in this training since 1993. It also presents the methods, contents and rules and regulations used for this training. The purpose is to exchange experience for helping to improve the level of administration.
