| 摘 要： | 老年人十二指肠憩室国内报道甚少。本文综合我省四所医院的住院病例,进行了临床分析和机理性探讨,旨在提高对本病的认识。此外,结合本组病例,就其诊断及处理,也提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | There have been very few reports on the duodenum diverticulum of the aged at home. Here we try to make clinical analysis and explorations on mechanism of the in-patients in four hospitals in Hubei Province with the purpose of reaching better understanding of the disease. In additions the diagnosis and treatment are also reported to readers. |
