山东省某地农村外来妇女HIV相关人口学特征

目的了解山东省某地农村外来妇女艾滋病病毒(HIV)相关人口学特征,为制定对此类人群的艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对山东省某县级市外来妇女进行一对一问卷调查,问卷内容包括年龄、文化程度、民族、原籍所在地、迁入时间和迁入原因等。结果外来妇女平均年龄为30.9±5.9岁;小学及以下文化程度者占70.6%;外来妇女主要来自云南、湖北等省,2人来自外国;在原籍有婚姻史或未婚同居史的占20.3%;承认有吸毒史和婚外性行为的分别占0.3%和2.1%;迁入人数逐年递增;迁入原因为经济、交通、文化和其他社会学因素。结论外来妇女多为育龄期妇女,文化程度低,部分来自艾滋病流行相对严重的省和国家,部分外来妇女有婚外性行为或吸毒史。应加强对该类人群的HIV/AIDS监测、健康教育和行为干预。

Demographic characteristics of immigrant women in a rural district of Shandong province

Objective To understand the demographic characteristics of immigrant women in a rural district of Shandong province and to provide scientific evidence for AIDS control and prevention.Methods A face-to-face questionnaire was conducted among women immigrating from other provinces into a rural district of Shandong province by cluster sampling.The questions contained in the questionnaire included age,education,ethnic,hometowns,-time and reasons of immigration and others.Results The average age was 30.9 years;70.6% of these women received elementary education or never received any school education;they mainly came from Yunnan,Hubei and other provinces(or countries)where prevalence of HIV was serious;20.3% of them were married or lived together with men without marriage;0.3% of them had a history of drug use and 2.1% had exmarital sex;their number were increasing year after year;and their immigration was associated with economic,communication,cultural and other social factors.Conclusion Most of the studied immigrant women were at child-bearing age and had lower education.Some of them came from provinces or countries where the prevalence of AIDS was serious while the others had a history of high risk behaviors.HIV/AIDS surveillance,health education and behavioral interventions should be strengthened for these women.
