心率因素对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像质量的影响

目的探讨心率因素对64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影成像质量的影响。方法 200例患者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查,对所有图像进行回顾性分析,按照平均心率、心率波动和心率变异性进行分组(各3组),以5分法评定系统进行影像质量评价,对各组图像质量进行对比分析。结果 200例患者中,累计94.3%(566/600)冠状动脉图像质量满足诊断需要,A组(服用β受体阻滞剂)患者总体图像质量评分均明显优于B组(未服用药物),心率因素,特别是心率波动和心率变异性仍然是影响图像质量的重要因素,平均心率越慢,心率波动范围越小,心率的变异性越小,冠状动脉的图像质量越高。结论 64层螺旋CT能够在较大的心率范围下提供较好的冠状动脉图像,降低心率,减少心率的变异性将有助于提高图像质量。

Influence of heart rate factors on image quality in 64-slice coronary CT angiography

Objective To evaluate the influence of heart rate factors on image quality with 64-slice coronary CT angiography.Methods Two hundred patients underwent 64-slice coronary CT angiography were retrospectively analyzed.Image quality was performed using five score method.All patients were divided into three groups according to average heart rate,heart rate range and heart rate variability.The image quality was compared among different groups.Results In 200 patients,94.3%(566/600)of arterial segment have diagnostic image quality.Group A(with oral β-blockers) scores are obviously better than group B(without oral β-blockers)on overall image quality.Heart rate factors,especially heart rate range and variability are still important reasons in affecting the image quality.The lower average heart rate,the less heart rate range and variability,the better coronary image quality.Conclusion Coronary angiography with 64-slice spiral CT has diagnostic image quality within a wide range of heart rates in patients.Reducing average heart rate and heart rate variability in patients is beneficial in improving image quality.
