| 摘 要： | 目的通过中药"逐水复方"神阙穴外敷对恶性腹腔积液患者免疫功能的影响,探讨中药"逐水复方"治疗恶性腹腔积液机制。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将39例恶性腹腔积液患者分为对照组19例与治疗组20例,对照组予对症、支持治疗,治疗组在对症、支持治疗的基础上加用中药"逐水复方"神阙穴外敷治疗。结果中药"逐水复方"神阙穴外敷与对照组相比可以提高外周血CD4+(P=0.03),CD8+(P=0.02)T细胞;可以提高外周血NK细胞水平(P<0.01);对CD3+(P>0.05)淋巴细胞影响差异无统计学意义。结论中药"逐水复方"神阙穴外敷可以提高外周血CD4+和CD8+T细胞、NK细胞水平,可能是"中药逐水复方"控制腹腔积液机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects on of chinese herbs "Zhushui Formula"(ZSF)shenque acupoint external treatment immune function in malignant ascites.Methods Thirey-nine cases with malignant ascites randomly divided into controlled group 19 cases and treatment group 20 cases.The controlled group received conventional support therapy while the treatment group received conventional support therapy conbined with ZSF herbs external treatment.Results ZSF shenque acupoint external treatment can increase the peripheral blood CD4+(P=0.03),CD8+(P=0.02) lymphocytes;improve peripheral blood NK cell levels;however,there is no statistical effect for CD3+(P>0.05) lymphocytes.Conclusion ZSF shenque acupoint external treatment can increase the peripheral blood CD4+,CD8+ lymphocytes,NK cell levels,which may be one of the mechanisms for ZSF shenque acupoint external treatment controlling ascites. |
