| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新辅助动脉介入化疗治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌的近期疗效。方法:30例Ib2-IIa期巨块型(≥4cm)宫颈癌患者(Ib2期19例,IIa期11例)接受了动脉插管介入化疗,化疗方案为顺铂+长春新碱+博来霉素。结果:30例患者每位接受2个疗程的动脉介入化疗,27例患者达部分缓解,有效率为90.00%(27/30),3例无效。化疗后30例患者均行了子宫广泛切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术,术后病理评估有效率达93.33%(28/30)。结论:应用动脉介入化疗治疗早期巨块型宫颈癌,能有效缩小肿瘤体积,为根治性手术创造了条件。

| Abstract: | Objective :To observe the short-term effect of neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy on bulky cervical carcinoma.Methods :The neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy were performed in 30 bulky cervical carcinoma patients with early stage(19 cases in Ib2,11 cases in IIa).Cervical carcinoma patients were treated with cisplatin,vincristine,and bleomytin.Results: Treated with two cycle neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy,27 patients got complete remission and 3 cases were no change.The total neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy response rate was 90.00%(27/30);After radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy,the pathological evaluation showed the effect rate was 93.33%(28/30).Conclusion :The neoadjuvant intraarterical chemotherapy for bulky cervical carcinoma with early stage could reduce the tumor size,and create condition for radical operation. |
