趋化因子受体CXCR4和CXCR7 mRNA在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的探讨膀胱癌中趋化因子受体CXCR4和CXCR7mRNA水平的表达及其意义。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)检测37例膀胱癌标本及29例癌旁正常组织标本中趋化因子受体CXCR4和CXCR7mRNA水平的表达。结果 CXCR4和CXCR7mRNA在膀胱癌组织中的表达均明显高于癌旁正常组织,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CXCR4和CXCR7mRNA在浸润性膀胱癌中的相对表达量明显高于浅表性膀胱癌(P<0.01,P=0.030);CXCR4在高级别膀胱癌中的表达高于在低级别膀胱癌中的表达(P=0.032),CXCR7在高级别膀胱癌中的表达与低级别膀胱癌中的表达差异无统计学意义(P=0.160)。结论 CXCR4和CXCR7在基因水平的表达与膀胱癌的发生及其浸润能力密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 and CXCR7 in bladder cancer and its significance.Methods RT-PCR was used to identify the expression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 mRNA in 37 bladder cancer tissues and 29 normal bladder tissues.Results The expression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 mRNA in bladder cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in normal bladder tissues,and there was a statistically significant difference between them(P<0.01);The expression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 mRNA in invasive bladder cancer tissues were significantly higher than that of in superficial bladder cancer tissues(P<0.01,=0.030);The expression of CXCR4 in the high-grade bladder cancer was higher than that in the low-grade bladder cancer(P=0.032),but the expression of CXCR7 between the high-grade bladder cancer expression and low-grade bladder cancer has no significant difference(P=0.160).Conclusion The expression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 at the gene level was significantly correlated with tumor occurrence and invasion in bladder cancer.
