| 摘 要： | 目的 观察大柴胡汤内服与灌肠治疗习惯性便秘临床疗效。方法 95例习惯性便秘患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 49例应用大柴胡汤内服与灌汤治疗 ,对照组应用西沙比利等药物治疗。 2组均 5日为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率为 6 9.4% ,总有效率为 91.8% ,对照组分别为 47.8%、76 .1%。2组治愈率、总有效率比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大柴胡汤治疗习惯性便秘疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of internal application and enema of Dachaihu decoction on habitual constipation.Methods 95 patients with habitual constipation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. In treatment group patients (n=49) were treated by internal application and enema of Dachaihu decoction. In control group (n=46) patients were treated by Cisapride. The therapeutic course was 5 days in both groups.Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group (69.4%, 91.8%) were significantly higher than those in control group (47.8%, 76.1%,P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu decoction can produce definite effect on habitual constipation. |
