超声心动图检测甲状腺机能亢进症心脏异常58例

目的 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图检测甲亢患者的心脏病变情况，并与50例正常人对比。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声心动图检测58例经临床确诊为甲亢的心脏病变情况并与50例正常人对比。结果 甲亢组总异常检出率为88％；其中以瓣膜病变及左心扩大检出率最高，分别为58%及48％，均明显高于X线及EKG检查。结论 彩色多普勒超声心动图是甲亢性心脏病诊断及随访的简单，无创性检查方法。

Detecting the cardiac function in hyperthyroidism with colour Doppler echocardiography

Objective To investigate the cardiac function in hyperthyroidism and contrast it with healthy by using colour Doppler echocardiography. Methods The cardiac function in 58 cases of hyperthyroidism and 50 cases of healthy controls was investigated with colour Doppler echocardiography. Results The detection rate of cardiac dysfunction in hyperthyroidism group was 88%; the detection rate of valve dysfunction (58%) and left cardiac dilatation (48%) were higher than any other dysfunctions , and significantly higher than those investigated with X-ray and EKG. Conclusion Colour Dopple echocardiography is a simple and unscarred examination to diagnose and followup the hyperthyroidism heart disease.
