银杏叶提取物对脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白表达的影响

目的观察银杏叶提取物(商品名舒血宁)对脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白[包括α-颗粒膜蛋白(CD62P)和溶酶体膜蛋白(CD63]表达的影响.方法将脑梗死患者66例随机分成两组,其中舒血宁治疗组33例,予甘露醇、维脑路通针等一般治疗,及舒血宁注射液6ml静脉滴注,1次/d;空白治疗组33例,仅予一般治疗.疗程均为14d;并设立健康对照组29例.用流式细胞仪检测CD62p、CD63的表达率.结果脑梗死组CD62P、CD63表达显著高于健康对照组,经舒血宁治疗后明显下降,神经功能缺损评分明显降低,与对照组比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论脑梗死患者血小板功能异常活跃,活化水平明显增高.银杏叶提取物能显著降低脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白的表达.

Effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on the platelet membrane glycoprotein in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on the platelet membrane glycoproteins CD62p and CD63 in patients with cer ebral infarction. Methods Sixty-six patients with cerebral infarction were rand omly divided into two groups. In GBE group 33 patients were treated with GBE 6mL in 250mL N.S q.d and mannitol, weinaolutong; in control group 33 patients were treated with mannitol and weinaolutong alone for 14d. 29 healthy subjects were s erved as healthy controls. The expression of CD62p and CD63 were detected with f low cytometry. Results The expression of CD62p and CD63 in patients was higher than that in the normal controls, and it was decreased significantly, the neurof unction deficit scoring was also decreased significantly after the treatment of GBE(P<0.05). Conclusion GBE can significantly decrease the expression of platel et membrane glycoproteins in patients with cerebral infarction.
