| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨细胞角蛋白基因13（CK13）和EB病毒DNA在人鼻咽癌（NPC）组织中的表达及意义。方法 应用Northern杂交对32例NPC和8例慢性鼻咽炎（CINE）组织进行CK13mRNA水平检测，同时应用PCR方法进行EB病毒DNA检测。结果 ＣＫ１３基因在鼻咽炎组织中高表达，在ＮＰＣ组织中的表达显著下调。下调的频率达６５.63%(21/32)。结论 ＮＰＣ组织的分化可能与ＣＫ１３基因的表达下调有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possible pathogenetic role of the Cytokeratin 13 (CK13) gene expression and Epstein - Barr virus (ESV) infection in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their clinical implications. Methods Tissue samples taken from a total of 32 cases of NPC and 8 cases of chronic inflammation of nasopharyngeal epithelium (CINE) were studied for the CK13 gene at the mRNA level by northern blot hybridization. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect EBV-DNA. Results A high expression of the CK13 gene was found in 100% (84) of CINE, and a low and negative expression of the gene in 65. 6% (21/32) of NPC.Conclusion Most patients of NPC are poorly differentiated. This is possibly related to the down-regulation of CK13 gene expression. |
