中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的:观察中西医治疗Ⅲb期、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的临床研究方法,将纳入的病例115例分成中西医组及西医组,分别为中西医组58例,西医组57例,治疗期3个月,主要观察指标为瘤体大小变化、卡氏评分变化、不良反应等。结果:两组瘤体大小变化,有效率分别为72.41%和49.12%,两组有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(χ2=6.98,P<0.01);治疗90天后卡氏评分变化,两组比较,有效率差异有非常显著性意义(χ2=10.65,P<0.01)。不良反应观察,中西医组比西医组较少出现消化道毒性反应和血液毒性反应,差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合中晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效优于西医组,显示了中西医结合治疗优势,可作为晚期非小肺癌的有效、低毒的治疗方案。

Clinical observation of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Treating Non-Small Cell Lang Cancer

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional and Western medicine(ITWM) in treating non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in Ⅲ b and Ⅳ phase.Methods: A randomized and controlled method for clinical research,115 patients were divided into the ITWM group(n=58) and the Western medicine(WM)(n=57) group.Clinical trials were taken in 3 months of treatment.The main observation indexes were tumor size,Karnofsky scores,adverse reaction,etc.Results: The total effective rate of tumor remission in the 2 groups was 72.41% and 49.12%,respectively,statistical significance was shown in the difference among them(χ2=6.98,P<0.01).Change of Karnofsky scoring showed that after 90 days of treatment,the effective rate of Karnofsky score raised was shown in the difference among them(χ2=10.65,P<0.01).Observation of adverse reaction showed that lesser toxicity of alimentary canal and blood appeared in the ITWM group than that in the WM group,statistical significance was also shown in the difference among them(P<0.01).Conclusion: ITWM therapy showed better efficacy in treating patients with NSCLC than WM alone,showing the superiority of ITWM therapy.It can be adopted as an effective therapeutic program with low-toxicity.
