| 摘 要： | 目的：降低多发性肾结石术后残余结石的发生率。方法：回顾性分析28例应用术中超声指导肾切开取石治疗多发性肾结石的临床资料。结果：本组28例中27例取净全部结石，1例发生结石残留。术后未发生出血、尿瘘等并发症。结论：术中超声对减少术后结石残留保护肾功能具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To decrease frequency of residual calculi after nephrolithotomy.Methods:28 cases of multinephrolith treated with intraoperative ultrasonography were analyzed.Results:27 cases were performed successfully,only 1 case was remained calculi.28 cases weren't complication.Conclusion:Intraoperative ultrasonography has significant clinical significance in protection of renal function and decrease frequency of residual calculi after operation. |
