Characteristics and techniques of community nurses'' communication with patients

In the paper,the author expounds the essential characteristics and modes of community nurses'communication with patients and introduces the ways to improve the communicative techniques.The author classifies the characteristics into3categories:(1)transformation of communication mode;(2)contradiction of the role changes;(3)characteristics of communication between nurses and healthy people.In the introduction of communicative techniques,the author accentuates3points as follows:(1)attention to the appearance,speaking manners and attitudes;(2)understanding of communicative modes of people of different ages and classes;(3)improvement of nurse's quality.
