| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨修复鼻翼缺损的有效方法。方法：用残余鼻窦组织做成带蒂半层组织瓣为衬里，鼻唇沟带蒂黏膜瓣做成鼻翼外侧面。对鼻翼缺损4例进行一期手术修复。结果：4例均一期愈合，鼻翼外形满意，瘢痕不明显，前鼻孔无狭窄。结论：利用此方法修复鼻翼缺损方法简单，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect treatment on traumatic defect of alae nasi.Method:4 cases with defect of alae nasi were compared by the residual ala nasi and flaps of nasolabial groove.Result:4 cases were cured with satisfied outline of unclear scar and non constriction of anterior naris.Conclusion:This method is simple and effect for traumatic defect of alae nasi. |
