甘露醇在人工晶体植入术后的临床应用观察

目的：观察甘露醇对降低人工晶体植入术后并发症的临床效果。方法：将526例，618眼人工晶体植入术随机分为A，B2组，A组煤城露醇治疗组，B组为对照组用醋氨酰胺治疗，分别对2组患者的术后眼压，前房反应，后囊混浊等进行观察分析。结果：术后72h内2组患者高眼压的发生率差异无显著性（P＞0．05），而间断性低眼压的发生率A组高于B组，差异有高度显著性（P＜0．01），A组中6，24，48h眼压为甘露醇用药2h内的眼压，其眼压平均值均低于B组同一时间的眼压平均值，差异有显著性（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。前房反应A组的发生率低于B组，平均随访15．7个月，后囊混浊的发生率，A组低于B组，差异有高度显著性（P＜0．01），结论：甘露醇用于人工晶体植入术后，不仅有预防术后高眼压的作用，而且对促进前房反应的消退，降低后囊混浊的发生有明显效果。

The application of mannitol after intraocular lens (IOL) implant

Objective:To observe the effect for mannitol to reduce the complication after IOL implant.Method:The IOL were implanted on 618 eyes which were divided randomly into groups of A and B. The intraocular pressure (IOP),the anterior reactions and the after-cataract were compared and analysed.Results:The incidence of the high IOP was found nonsignificant difference between A group using drug mannitol and B group using drug diamox within 72 hours after the operation (P>0.05).However the incidence of the lower IOP on A group was higher than that on B group(P<0.01).The IOPs of the postoperative 6th,24th,48th hours were the same with the IOPs after using mannitol in 2 hours in group A and the mean IOP in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.01and P<0.05).Through observation about 15.7 months,the incidence of after-cataract in A group was lower than that in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:The drug mannitol can not only prevent the high IOP after IOL implant but also reduce the anterior reactions as well as the after-cataract.
