| 摘 要： | 目的:比较氯氮平和氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者空腹血糖的影响情况。方法:对长期持续单一服用氯氮平(n=65)和氯丙嗪(n=66)的患者在用药前和疗后3年内,每月进行1次血糖测定,分析其变化。结果:氯氮平引起空腹血糖升高为26.15%,氯丙嗪引起空腹血糖升高为9.09%,两者治疗后存在统计学差异性(P<0.01)。结论:氯氮平与氯丙嗪会引起部分患者空腹血糖升高,且氯氮平较明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effect of clozapine and chlorpromazine on fast blood sugar(FPG).Meth- od:Blood sugar of clozapine(n=65)and chlorpromazine(n=66)was tested and analyzed before therapy and every month in 3 years after the treatment.Result:Their FPG increased in 17 patients(26.15%)of the clozapine group.Their FPG in- creased in 6 patients(9.09%)of the chlorpromazine group before and after the treatment(P<0.05).There was an obvi- ous difference between the clozapine and chlorpromazine groups after the treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Clozapine and chlorpromazine have an increasing FPG effect in partial patients,but clozapine is more effiective. |
