阿德福韦脂联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨阿德福韦脂联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的治疗结果.方法 将60例GHB患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组30例,在阿德福韦脂治疗基础上加上苦参素;观察组30例,仅用阿德福韦脂治疗,疗程一年.结果 苦参素联合阿德福韦脂组肝功能恢复程度HBV-MHBV-DNA转阴下降率较阿德福韦脂比较P＜0.05差异有显著性.结论 阿德福韦脂联合苦参素治疗GHB有显著疗效

The Curative Effect Observation of Using Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules and Marine Capsules to Cure CHB

In order to research the result of treating chronic hepatitis B(CHB) with the association of Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules and Marine Capsules, we divided 60 people into 2 groups called the treating group and the reference group. To cure the people in the treating group, we used Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules and Marine Capsules together, while only using Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules in the reference group. The result is that the former brought about a much more striking effect than the latter in the recovering of liver function and the decreasing rate of HBV-M and HBV-DNA turning into negative. The conclusion is that using Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules and Marine Capsules together to cure GHB has an obvious effect.
