| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同治疗方案治疗缺血性中风急性期的疗效。方法将150例缺血性中风急性期患者随机分为联合治疗组、针刺组、常规治疗组,采用单一或联合治疗方案进行治疗,观察不同方案对临床症状评分的影响。结果各治疗方案对缺血性中风患者生存质量及临床症状评分均有一定效果(P均<0.01),联合治疗组效果最佳(P<0.01或0.05)。结论针刺联合化痰祛瘀汤治疗缺血性中风是一种行之有效的方法。
