| 摘 要： | 给动物灌胃活血接骨丹（２．４ｇ／ｋｇ，４．８ｇ／ｋｇ）可显著对抗。甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎症，产生良好的抗炎作用。该药（２．４ｇ／ｋｇ）在热板镇痛实验中显示有镇痛作用。其对股骨骨折大鼠可加速骨折愈合，同时降低血清ＡＬＰ及升高血清Ｃａ，且有增加家兔动脉血流量的作用倾向。该药对小鼠急性毒性作用极小。

| Abstract: | There are marked anti-inflammatory effects on the inflammation of auricles caused xylene in mice after the animals have given Huo Xue Jie Gu powder (2. 4 g/kg and 4. 8 g/kg) by i. g. The Chinese herbal medicine (2. 4 g/kg) has analgesicaction in hot-plate experiment. It can be much help for the bone to recovery of thighbone fractured rats, reduce serum ALP andraise serum Ca_2 . It can also raise blood flow of rabbit's artery femoralis gently. The acute toxic action of the drug is little to mice. |
