| 摘 要： | 本组实验中观察到的T波交替均出现于梗塞超急性期,缺血中心区心肌及心率增快时。急性梗塞早期缺血心肌局部T波交替仅反映该区域的电不稳定性,不能说明缺血范围的大小,且与最终形成的梗塞范围似无直接关系。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the electrical alternation of T wave following the ligation of coronary artery in 31 dogs, and its incidence, characteristics, and the correlation with the myocardial infarction size demonstrated by N-BT myocardial staining. The result shows. T wave alternans occur frequently during the early stage of acute myocardial infarction, appearing in the centeral region of ischemia myocardium with rapid heart rate. There appears no correlation with the myocardial infarction size. |
