人工髋关节置换术近期并发症的临床分析

我院施行人工髋关节置换术６４例，出现近期并发症１５例次，占２３．５％。并发症有股骨上段披裂，人工关节脱位，严重疼痛、感染等。分析了并发症的原因及处理方法，并结合有关文献进行了讨论。为提高该手术的近期效果，对并发症的预防，提出了要注意的几个环节，即适应症及术式选择，术前牵引，入路及操作，股骨颈截骨，髓腔扩大及人工股骨头前倾角的设计，人工关节大小选择，固定及复位，术后引流及肢体稳定等。

Clinical Analysis of the Early-postoperation Complication in Patients of Hip Replacement

A total of 64 hip replasment are performed.Early-postoperative complication occured in l5 patients.Complications consist of upper femur fracture,Artificial femoral head dislocation, serious pain, Infection and so on.The reasons of the complication are analysiced, and are discussed with document.Authors advence to prevent the patients from the compelications.One should pay attention to the following;the indication and selectium of procedure,traction of periaperation,femoral neck osteotomy,Bone marraw cavity enlarge,type of prothersis selection, design the ange of anterversian of the neck of femur,immofilization and reduce of prothersis,dramage and stabilize after periaperation of leg.
