| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腰硬联合麻醉用于无痛分娩的效果和安全性。方法：采用腰硬联合麻醉（CSEA）用于无痛分娩的产妇300例为研究组，将无镇痛的产妇300例作对照组。观察两组产妇疼痛情况、产程进展情况、分娩方式、失血量、新生儿Apgar评分。结果：研究组镇痛有效率100％，研究组与对照组比较，活跃期明显缩短（P〈0．01）。两组产妇分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论：CSEA安全有效，对母婴无不良影响。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the pain relief effectiveness and safety of combined-epidural labor analgesia(CSEA).Methods: All of 300 pregnant women were administered by combined subarachnoid and epidural analgesia during labor(study group).And other 300 pregnant women were not administered any labor analgesia(control study).The degree of pain,duration of labor,methods of delivery,bleeding volume as well as neonatal APGAR Score were observed. Results: The pain relief effectness amounted to 100% in the observed group.The active phase of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).No significant differences between both groups in the methods of delivery,bleeding volume and neonatal APGAR Score(P>0.05) Conclusion: Labor analgesia was safe and effective,which had no influences on mothers and infants. |
