鱼腥草中生物碱类成分及其抗血小板聚集活性(英文)

目的:对鱼腥草中生物碱及其抗血小板聚集活性进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并利用化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构;采用Born比浊法测定所得生物碱对ADP和凝血酶诱导的大鼠血小板聚集的影响。结果:从鱼腥草中分离得到9个生物碱,经鉴定分别为:缺碳金线吊乌龟二酮B(1)、4,5-Dioxodehydroasimilobine(2)、cepharadione B(3)、马兜铃内酰胺BⅡ(4)、马兜铃内酰胺AⅡ(5)、三白草内酰胺(6)、胡椒内酰胺A(7)、Splendidine(8)、马兜铃内酰胺FⅡ(9)。抗血小板聚集实验表明,化合物1,2,4～7,9对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用,其中,1,2,4,7对凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集也具有显著的抑制作用。结论:化合物2,6,7,9首次从该属分离得到,化合物1,2,4,7对ADP和凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集均有显著的抑制作用。

Alkaloids from Houttuynia cordata and Their Antiplatelet Aggregation Activities
