CT血管造影诊断骨科软组织肿瘤的临床分析

目的：探讨CT血管造影及多种方法联合重构三维立体模型在骨科软组织肿瘤术前诊治中的优点及局限性，从而为手术提供准确的评估和指导。方法：通过对70例肿瘤患者行术前CT血管造影检查，对检查结果行三维重建．确定患者肿瘤灶部位的位置、范围和形态结构等信息。结果：经过诊断，患者肿瘤灶相关信息被获得，并被手术证实。结论：CT血管造影能清晰地显示出肿瘤供血血管及相关部位的准确信息，对手术方案的制定、手术质量的提高、术后并发症的减少有积极的意义，但其具有不能很好地显示病变与邻近组织结构相互关系的局限性，因此与其他诊断方法联合使用，可提高诊断效果。

Clinical analysis on CT angiography in the diagnosis of orthopaedic soft tissue tumors

Objective：To investigate the advantages and limitations of CT angiography and reconstruction 3-D model with combined muhiple method in preoperative diagnosis of orthopaedic soft tissue tumors and provide accurate the assessment and instruction.Methods：Through preoperative CT angiography diagnosis of 70 tumor cases and reconstruction of 3-D model of the results,position,scope,form and other information of tumor-focus were checked. Results：After diagnosing,related information about focal tumors were got and confirmed by surgery.Conclusion：CT angiography can clearly show the tumor blood-supply essels and accurate information of related parts,so it has positive significance on the instruction of orthopaedic scheme,the enhancing of operation quality and the decrease of postoperative complications.But it has the limitations on showing the relationship between bleeding sites and nigh organizational structure,so it will be improving the diag- nosis result if combined with other diagnostic method.
