| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨进展期胃癌围手术期腹腔区域性化疗的方法和效果。②方法 回顾性分析1994年1月以来78例进展期胃癌施行围手术期腹腔区域性化疗的临床资料。③结果 原发性肿瘤缩小占73.9%（34/46）；腹腔肿大淋巴结消失或缩小占86.7%（39/45），肝转移瘤缩小占69.2%(9/13）；3例卵巢转移癌均缩小；腹水消退占87.5%（7/8），行根治性胃癌切除术41例（51.0%）。④结论 采用腹腔区域性化疗对进展期胃癌及其转移灶具有较好的疗效。

PERIOPERATIVE INTRAPERITONEAL CHEMOTHERAPY FOR ADVANCED GASTRIC CANCER |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective method of perioperative intraperitoneal chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for the clinical data of 78 patients from January 1994 , who received perioperative intraperitoneal regional chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Results The primary tumor decreased in size in 73.9% of the patients(34/46), regression or disappearance of enlarged lymph nodes was 86.7%(39/45), liver metastatic mass decreased in size in 69.2%(9/13), the size of metastatic carcinoma in ovary of 3 patients decreased, ascites vanished in 87.5%(7/8). Radical gastrectomies were done for 41 cases (51.0%). Conclusion Regional intraperitoneal chemotherapy possesses better effectiveness for advanced gastric cancer and its metastatic foci. |
