妇产科进修医生的医患沟通状况调查及技能培养

目的：了解妇产科进修医生的医患沟通状况并提出解决办法。方法：采用问卷方法对妇产科200例住院患者的医患沟通的状况及影响因素进行调查。结果：200例患者问卷回收182例，回收率91％，其中50.3％的患者对进修生的沟通持满意态度，有41.2％的患者认为进修生医患沟通一般，8．5％患者对进修生的医患沟通持有不满的态度；65．3％的患者认为医生的服务态度，42．3％的患者认为医生的语言，40．5％患者认为医生的行为影响医患沟通效果。结论：目前妇产科进修医师医患沟通存在一定欠缺，要从服务态度、行为及沟通语言等方面进行培训。

Investigation and skill training of communication between refresher doctor of gynaecology and obstetrics and patients
