| 摘 要： | 目的：分析米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的效果。方法86例更年期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗，观察组给予米非司酮联合甲基睾丸素治疗，对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率及治疗后血清激素水平均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮与甲基睾丸素联合治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
