核消颗粒制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究核消颗粒的制备工艺方法。方法核消颗粒由延胡索、橘核、山楂核、桃仁、荔枝核、香附、柴胡、红花、生牡蛎9味药组成,实验采用正交试验法选择与优化提取工艺及制粒条件。结果水煎最佳条件为每次加8倍量水,煎煮1.5 h,共2次;制粒工艺的最优条件为加入75%乙醇。结论本研究建立的提取工艺、颗粒制备工艺稳定可靠,为核消颗粒的临床用药和进一步开发利用提供理论依据和技术支撑。

Abstract:Objective To study the preparation technology of Hexiao granules. Methods The orthogonal test method was used to select and optimize the extraction process and granulation conditions. Results The optimal conditions for decoction are: adding 8 times amount of water per time, extracting 2 times with 1.5 hours; the optimal condition for granulation process is adding 75 % ethanol. Conclusion The established extraction process and particle preparation process are stable and reli- able, which provides theoretical basis and technological support for the clinical medication and further development of Hexiao granules.
