生地黄水提液中环烯醚萜苷类成分纯化工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选生地黄水提液中环烯醚萜苷类成分的纯化工艺参数。方法以梓醇含量为评价指标,采用大孔树脂纯化方法,确定总环烯醚萜苷的纯化工艺条件。结果生地黄水提液中总环烯醚萜苷最佳分离纯化工艺为:选用H103型大孔树脂,以1 BV/h速度上样,用3 BV的去离子水水洗除杂,然后用5 BV的30%的乙醇以1.5 BV/h的速度洗脱,纯化后梓醇含量为8.31%,较纯化前提高4.7倍。结论该纯化工艺条件稳定、合理、可行,可作为生地黄水提液中环烯醚萜苷类成分的纯化方法。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the technological parameter of purification process of iridoid glycosides from the water-extraction of radix rehmanniae. Methods Taking the Catalpol content as evaluation index, to determine purification condition of total Iridoid glycosides by selecting Macmporous absorption resin. Results The optimum separation and purification for total Iridoid glycosides from the water-extraction of Radix Rehmanniae were as follows: H103 Maeroporous resin was fitted and the velocity of absorption was 1 BV/h; the eluting reagent was 3 BV deionized water and 5 BV 30% ethanol; eluting rate was 1.5 BV/h;the purification result indicated the Catalpol content was 8.31%, compared with before purification, it was raised 4.7 times. Conclusion This purification process condition is stable, reasonable and feasible. It could as a purification method to purify the Iridoid glycosides of water-extraction of Radix Rehmanniae.
