耳穴贴压配合情志护理治疗更年期失眠症

目的观察耳穴贴压配合中医情志护理治疗更年期失眠症的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的60例更年期失眠症患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,干预组30例,对照组30例。干预组采用中医分型筛选阳性率较高的失眠症人群,进行耳穴点辨证取穴贴压配合中医情志护理;对照组给予艾司唑仑及口服谷维素片,观察治疗后2组失眠总有效率和中医证候疗效。结果干预组总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的86.7%（P〈0.05）;中医证候疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,均具有统计学意义。结论耳穴贴压配合中医情志护理治疗更年期失眠症,可有效改善睡眠,提高生活质量。

Auricular acupuncture with mental nursing for treating climacteric insomnia

Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupuncture with TCM mental nursing in treating climacteric insom- nia. Methods 60 have inclusion criteria patients with climacteric insomnia were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 patients in the intervention group, and 30 cases in the control group. The intervention group used TCM type screening higher positive rate of insomnia crowd, using ear acupoints sticking with TCM mental nursing; the control group was given estazolam and oral Oryzanol Tablets oral, observation of the two groups after treatment insomnia the total efficiency and effect of TCM syn- dromes. Results The total effective rate of intervention group （96.7 % ） was significantly higher than that in control group （86.7 % ）, P 〈 0.05, TCM syndrome curative effect is obviously better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, there is statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of auricular acupuncture with TCM mental nursing care in the treatment of climacteric insomnia significantly, can effectively improve sleep, improve the quality of life.
